1 Introduction

5 Deposits & Payments

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by v9999

v9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the account is found to have been registered with false information; (b) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) prohibited activities as set out in Section 9 are detected; (d) a chargeback is initiated by the account holder or their payment provider; or (e) v9999 reasonably suspects the account is being used for money laundering or fraud.

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. The v9999 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of v9999. Unauthorised use of the v9999 brand assets is prohibited and may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the v9999 platform, even if v9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

v9999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond v9999's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. v9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime or service interruptions.

In no event shall v9999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your v9999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 Complaints Procedure
